On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.
