Very friendly and supportive people. Amazing breakfast and bar. It is great location for hiking, you can also go down to the lake.

Το I D'A Charming Penthouse - LAKE VIEW- Como- House-130 mt-2 double bedrooms and 2 double bathrooms a spacious living room-Full equipped kitchen-Private garden and terrace-Private covered parking... when we reached we were greeted by the landlord Mrs Irina, what a nice person and down to earth kind enough to help us in any additional needs. even though our booking was non-refundable 09-12 July, we had to leave earlier one day and guess what? she refunded one night to us. not only very nice accommodation but also nice landlord. go there blindly and you will be happy

This apartment was lovely and immaculate. It was quite large, with plenty of room for our family of four people. We visited in December, so we were unable to really use the four balconies, but can imagine how nice to have them available in the warmer months. The decor was homey. Both the kitchen and the living room were cozy and inviting. The location of the apartment is perfect. We travelled by train from Milan and easily walked to the apartment from the Como Lago station. We easily walked to the old town too. Many great restaurants are close by as well as a couple of local coffee shops are literally just steps away. Thomas is a wonderful host who is quite personable and very responsive. We actually think he is the best host we have ever had:). We brought our dog, and Thomas put out a little doggie bed as well as water and food bowls. Thank you Thomas.

We felt like home! Very nice and warm hosts Lina and Alessandro. We had a wedding ceremony and they helped us with everything, were friendly. Very responsive. Breakfast was delicious and was arranged with a magnificent view of Lake Como. The location of the villa is excellent: it was easy to get to. We liked the feeling of privacy in the villa, the silence and the ringing of the bells of the church, which is nearby. There is a lot of greenery and flowers, birds on the territory - all this was very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The design of everything around was pleasing to the eye. I would like to note the work of the maid, who cleaned the room well and was always cheerful and smiling :) We did not want to leave this quiet place at all!

You could see that our hostess paid attention to every detail, from the rich breakfast to coffe and tea being available at any time, to the towels and coverlets matching the colours of the room to the beautifully handcrafted furniture. Thank you, Patricia, for your hospitality and all the good advice you gave us on how to best spend the three days we had in Como.
