Breakfast is fantastic and recommended at least one day of your trip. There is private parking on the property. There is also outdoor seating for you if you want to lounge outside when the weather is fine.

It was really beautiful place to stay in Como and close to the Como lake. The place owner was really friendly and cooperative, also she recommended many places to visit and we just loved it. Sure it will be my place to stay whenever I get back to Como. The was so amazing especially in the morning.

Patrizia, the host, is very attentive and welcoming. She gave us lots of handy hints. The B&B is located in a calm street a bit outside of the city centre. Parking is possible in the street, a bus stop is right next to the house. Our room was very clean with a balcony, big bathroom and air condition. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with lots of homemade things.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived! The house was spotless and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was such a nice touch. The entire place smells amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Taxis are always available nearby, and there are two great restaurants right beside the house — super convenient! The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need, all the towels were clean, and the garden is lovely to relax in. The AC works perfectly, keeping the whole house cool and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bellagio — you’ll feel right at home!

Massimo and the rest of the staff were super professional, welcoming and caring. The property is beautiful, the gardens and the pool are immaculate, the views - stunning. The view is over Milan and not the lake, but it goes on forever and has a Hollywood Hills vibe. The breakfast and all the snacks, plus honor bar are lovely and very healthy (not the bar :)). Only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is perched very high in Brunate, so to get down you either have to take the car through the winding and tight roads, or take the funicular… if you take the funicular - don’t try to walk up from it - just trust Massimo when he tells you that it’s a good idea to have them drive you there… it is a rough, highly vertical hike back.

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa in the mountains. The whole place felt very cozy and had a real family vibe. The staff were super nice, helpful, and really made us feel at home. The villa is old and full of charm, but at the same time perfectly renovated – everything looked great and felt comfortable. The rooms were clean, stylish, and you could see that a lot of care went into every detail. Breakfasts were amazing – lots of homemade stuff and also things from local farms and businesses. You could really taste the quality. All in all, a beautiful and peaceful place with a lot of heart. We loved it and would happily come back!
