The apartment is big and has everything we needed included a baby cot and a baby chair. Thanks to Domenico and his family we got a parking spot in front of the house. (It is hard to find a free parking spot in Palermo). It was clean and quiet. It is not exactly in the city center, but there is a direct bus as we didn't want to use the car.
