It was a bit of a trek for us to get to the property but the view was worth it. We only stayed for one night and decided to send our bags to our next hotel in Tokyo prior to arriving (would recommend this if you don't have a car). We arrived at Mishima station and caught a highway bus which took another 90 minutes to reach Lake Kawaguchiko. Check in process was easy. The house was great. There were bikes which we used to travel to the nearest combini. Highly recommend hiring e-bikes from the local businesses to explore the area.

The staff is wonderful - always friendly and welcoming. The room is cosy and nice. Location is excellent. But having a car to go around is best. The parking garage is great.
