I booked this hotel without much expectation, mainly for the convenience of traveling to Ginzan Onsen. But once I checked in, I felt a bit regretful that I didn’t have more time to stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are lovely, and they even upgraded my room. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The public onsen was beautiful, clean, and very inviting, and there was even a private onsen in the room. The hotel is beautifully decorated with plenty of photo spots throughout.

Great amenities. Directly next to a great outlet mall with many stores, restaurants, and a grocery store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle service from Sendai Station. We would definitely stay here again.
