The beach is beautiful and you have a great view from the 17th floor as well. Tamara and Paul were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would book this again next time :)

The Parc de la Baie Orientale, where this lovely, spacious villa is located, is one of the prettiest and safest residential places in St. Martin, covered in palms and bouganvillea and beautiful flowering plants; it is halfway up a hill so the views from it are breathtaking -- ocean, ships and sailboats, Anguilla and Pinel Island in the distance, etc., all wrapped up in the most consistently warm (or hot !) sunny weather! The pool was delightfully refreshing, and the beach with all of its sundry amenities was easily accessible by car and by foot. And as for the area restaurants, they really do qualify as a mecca of French cuisine at its best!
