Saxton Lodge is centrally located between Richmond and Stoke, New Zealand, directly opposite Saxton Field. It is only 3-minutes’ drive to Stoke or Richmond, 15-minutes’ drive to Nelson city centre and 30-minutes’ drive to Motueka. Lovely Motel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large clean and comfortable and after a long day of driving the room service was a welcome bonus. The available laundry room just topped off a great experience.

The Wheelhouse Inn Nelson is a 10-minute drive from Nelson Airport and Nelson Golf Links. It is 2.5 km from central Nelson and an hour’s drive from Abel Tasman National Park. The layout of the Lookout Apartment is unique and cosy. Good thing there is a toilet attached with the bedroom upstairs. What I loved most is the sunset view of the lake from the apartment. Is so picturique and romantic. We also enjoy the walk leading to the beach nearby.

This is an ideal base for whn you are walking the iconic Abel Tasman track. Lixury in the heart of Nelson. Loved our stay. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, lovely balcony.

Guests enjoy free WiFi. Top quality room, excellent location, friendly service, reasonably priced. Better than some 4star hotels I ve stayed in.

Cedar Grove Motor Lodge offers modern accommodation in the centre of Nelson. Rooms at Cedar Grove feature flat-screen TV’s with satellite channels. Guests can enjoy free unlimited WiFi and there is free on-site parking for cars. I arrived much later to check in than expected and they were incredibly accommodating and super friendly! When I finally arrived, she had closed curtains, heater was on and room was warm. Location was perfect! I will most definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to cafes, supermarkets, bars and beautiful parks. Stoke is also perfectly positioned half way between Nelson and Richmond for trips out and about while you're here. Super comfortable bed and a proper feather blanket for a great sleep. Kitchen had everything I needed and the set up with bench seat & stool made it easy to work from. Shower has excellent water pressure which is a real bonus. The host was friendly and helpful (especially when I accidentally locked my key in) and I'd recommend to anyone.

Very central to Nelson - spacious indoor and outdoor area the hammock on the deck was a nice touch and the stay was very homely we had no issues showering and sharing bathrooms and host was lovely
