So peaceful and beautiful. They ordered us up a boat and it docked right in front of my room and we had a great multi hour tour up and down the river. The way to really see Kanchanaburi is from the river. It's really beautiful. I highly recommend this place and boat riding on the river. Good neighborhood around as well, lots of good places to eat, drink ,shop, and get massages. I have stayed here twice now and will come again. The room is comfy and has a remodeled bathroom. It's a little log cabin. Staff is great and speak great English.

The resort was attractive and finished and maintained to a great level. Lovely rooms and bathrooms. I wish we could have stayed longer. Great food. Staff very helpful in organising us a driver to take us to Erewan falls and back to Bangkok via a stop in Kanchanaburi. Value for money for the 5 of us. Did the bamboo rafting which was a fun activity. Free pickup from Nam Tok train station.

Noot’s was such a special stay! The staff were so friendly and ensured we were stocked with water everyday and comfortable. We rented a scooter downstairs for the day to sightsee the temples (recommend) we did a big loop on the bike starting at Wat Tham Khao Noi, Wat Ban Tham (lots of stairs, be prepared), Tham Phu Wa temple (amazing temple!!). Recommend getting the bus from the bus terminal to Erawan falls, takes about an hour (go to level 7, it won’t disappoint). Down by Kwae Yai River you can walk across the railway bridge and there are market stalls around. The room was equipped with everything we needed. We booked the room that has the balcony overlooking the street, i recommend this room. I would 1000% stay again here, the most homely place we stayed at on our travels in Thailand so far. If you are an Aussie, there is the Tavern across the road which plays all your Aussie sports so was handy in footy season!

Το Shanti Farm παρέχει καταλύματα σε Tha Kradan με θέα στο βουνό και περιλαμβάνει κήπο και βεράντα. Μερικές μονάδες περιλαμβάνουν χώρο καθιστικού ή/και μπαλκόνι. We absolutely loved this place and felt very welcomed by these two hosts. The farm is a unique place, beautiful and peaceful. Food from Mrs Wanpen is amazing, organic and from the garden. Wood cabins are perfect to rest and hear the nature nightlife ! We don't understand how some comments are this negative. Some people should question their abilities to travel further than modern hotels ! 😉 We are beyond grateful and wish we could have stay longer. Best booking in Thailand so far !!
