Located on Haad Yao Beach, Baan Kiao features a swimming pool, water sport facilities and free Wi-Fi. Rooms at Baan Kiao feature a balcony and have plenty of natural light. The owner is super kind and all of his staff are very helpful and sweet. Really clean and well kept rooms and pool. Food at the restaurant is delicious! Best Panang curry I had on my trip. They will help you rent a scooter, book taxis, and pickup and drop off to the pier for ferry’s. Super close to lots of great restaurants and bars! And a few other nice beaches are short drive. Could not recommend this place more!

I've stayed at Nitchanan Villa for almost a month and I loved everything: the staff, the pool, my room, everything was perfect! You can ask for the laundry service, and they also rent scooters for a good price . The owner is really friendly and always ready to help, the position is near some grocery shops, a massage place, good coffee shops and restaurants, so you have everything at walking distance but anyway it is really peaceful and the sunset from the beach just in front of the hotel (not good for swimming but good for walks and drinking something with your feet in the sand) are really amazing! Most beautiful sunset spot on the whole island!

Every morning see monks walk past, and beautiful temple at end of road. Neighborhood very friendly and welcoming. Even see monkeys in trees nearby! Property very big, and host Peter very kind, give best advice for places to go.

Best Hotel in Koh Phangan! Amazing rooms with really comfortable beds and lots of space. Located in a great place away from all the busy streets but also still very close to all the main attractions.
