It's a great location only about 1/3 mile from center of Kona. With included parking it was easy to hop in the car to go exploring. We loved the lanai so much, we sat there with our morning coffee just loving the view! Thank you for such a lovely property.

We stayed here for the Ironman World Championships. I loved the location, as it offered a quieter option to all the chaos going on in Kona town proper during race week. Super close to a grocery store and restaurants and Kahalu'u snorkeling beach. The complex also had a wide variety of amenities for those staying there!

Pool is lovely, nicely landscaped with comfortable lounge chairs and dining tables. Very peaceful and beautifully kept up. Our unit had beach chairs and snorkeling gear available for us. Also had an in unit washer and dryer. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.
