Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and situated 300 metres from Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Twin Mountain Inn & Suites features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi access and free private parking. We liked the friendly staff and the location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the birds. If we make it back to Pigeon Forge we'll definitely be staying here again!

The Gatlinburg inn was wonderful and perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Check in was smooth and easy as well as checking out.

Breakfast was great. Location was great.

LeConte Hotel & Convention Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel Ascend Hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is located on a 25-acre farm, complemented by a stream running in front of the property plus an amazing view of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This extended stay hotel is within five miles of attractions like Dollywood theme park, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede dinner attraction, and Dollywood's Splash Country water park. The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing in every way! The location is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the trolley stops here if you choose not to drive. The pools and hot tubs were clean, breakfast was amazing, the facility was immaculate and the landscaping is beautiful! We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be staying again.

Located just off the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smokies Inn - Cherokee is located 1.6 km from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park Guests can take a refreshing plunge in the outdoor seasonal pool or take a hike around one of the several local mountain trails. The room was very big, with an amazing view of the Smokey Mountains, with the rolling mist. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly.
