A flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and modern glass desk are featured in all rooms at EB Hotel Miami. A walk-in shower with dual shower heads is standard in each en suite bathroom. Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed staying there and will go back next time in Key West.

Originally built in 1936 and fully rebuilt and remodeled in 2023, this all suite, art deco hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and features suites with fully equipped kitchens. The staff is so nice (each of them). Always smiling and always willing to help. Rare. The room is clean, large, and furnished in an exquisite style. The AC makes no noise! The bed is very luxuous...And the location is perfect. The proposed breakfast is very very good and very cheap.

The space, the furnishing , cleanliness of the apartment, ambience and aesthetics. Basic amenities provided was very helpful and made the apartment feel like home. Check in was seamless, Alysia yje host was fantastic. She simplified everything. Proximity to everything needed,from shops to the beach made the apartment location great.
