The property is beautiful, and Amos was extremely helpful and friendly. Various animals wandered across the estate’s courtyard, which made the experience even more special. Given the winter season, the heated bed was a most welcome touch. It was very clean and the food was delicious.

We stayed here only for a night before driving into Kruger the next day, but it was such a good evening. Then the owners of the lodge prepared an amazing braai for us and we ate together with everyone who stayed there, which was so cozy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a familial vibe and cozy hangout with other travellers.

I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners my entire stay. The Lodge and outside areas are beautifully decorated. There are a number of local magazines, bird and animals books available for reading. I definitely recommend Muunga if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
