great location, extremely welcoming and friendly staff with a personal touch. clean rooms, big balcony to use. was a great stay also for a bigger group. the location is very convenient with many restaurants, bars, casino, Seebad and train station in walking distance. Good motorbike parking. Lovely views of the lake, mountai sand valley. Fabulous swimming pool. Cod wLk from hotel into town. Fabulous terrace. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a fabulous stay.

I had forgotten my jacket in the wardrobe and the staff was incredible friendly and quick to send it to me to Vienna! Great service, thank you! Ideal quick check-in and good for travellers who are, like me, traveling between Austria and Italy and sometimes need a quick location to spend the nicht on the road. p.s. The only points for me that I would leave for improvement are the smell in the toilet-shower and corridors. Otherwise the price quality relation was very good.
