We had a great time staying in Elmo apartments! It is located near ski lifts, you can walk to the nearest one (about 400m). There is also ski storage and ski boots warmers in the object. Simone, the host, was very nice and welcoming, all areas were clean. There is an option for breakfast (or halfboard) at the hotel next door which we happily accepted. Prices are affordable, food is fresh and very tasty, staff is very kind. Wellness area offers finnish and infrared saunas as well as steam bath. There is also a small resting area. It is open from 16:00h. Everything about our stay was a very nice experience.

We booked this accomodation as a rest over night for our transit from Holland to Croatia. The hostess welcomed us as "the lost son", although we booked through Booking (very) last minute(!). We booked a spacious 3 bedroom with bathroom which was very well equiped and clean!! We slept well in the April mountain air with the window open!Breakfast was good and we were well on our way very easy. Kleinarl is a beautiful mountain and wintersport villaga e with lots of friendly people. We might be returning here for the summer since temperatures in the summer are moderate in this region and there are lots of goals for a daytrip, walk or biketrails close by..

Amazing place with great views, swimming pool, good restaurant close to hotel. All receptionists and owners were extremely friendly. Delicious tea was given to us in the room. Kids enjoyed playroom on the ground floor. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The apartment was very clean, modern, and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. One of the most amazing booking.com experiences we have had. Nothing was too much trouble for Karina and Peter who were super helpful and so responsive. Attention to detail and the "little extras" was a constant surprise like lemon, tea bags when I was unwell, sending us train and bus timetables on WhatsApp when we mentioned we were heading to Vienna at the end of our stay and leaving a little congratulatory gift for our son when he won his ski school race. The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed and regular questions of "is there anything else that you need?". We loved Wagrain, the amazing Ski-Stadl school and ski hire place next to the Gravenbach Gondola and the massive range of lifts and slopes to ski on. In short we have no hesitation in highly recommending Haus Ortsblick and hope to be back again in the near future.

We spent a great time in this accomodation! We were group of four families and all four apartments we booked were good equipped, with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and everything was absolutly clean! The owner Tatjana is a nice and very helpfull host. The location is excellent and close to ski slopes.
