Cosy room with very comfortable bed and pillows. The room and the bathroom were absolutely flawless. The guesthouse is located in a secluded area with nice views. I lt was great to have an espresso machine in the common areas with coffee at decent price.

I stay only for a night to rest before we resumer our trip to Italy. Absolutely stunning place and the accommodation is just a dream. Very comfortable, staff is super friendly, food is great, specially excellent and really complete breakfast. I didn't want to go leave so I definitely have to go back to do some of the fun activities that they offer. Kids had a lot of fun with all the games that are all over the common areas. Really great!

Jolanta and Friederich are lovely hosts, eager to help and provide advice. The unit is great: spotless, beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. The house is located at a beautiful vantage point, overlooking the entrance to Ötztal and very close to the valley's main attractions (the town of Ötz, Umhausen, Stuibenfall, Niederthai, and Piburgersee) - a perfect location. In hindsight, our stay was too short. This is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Austria. Warmly and highly recommended.

The best thing about this house was how well the girl treated you, she was very nice and attentive. Apart from this, the house was very good, the kitchen had everything, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The girl invited you to breakfast, which was very delicious.
