We stayed here for 3 nights. And we really enjoyed our stay so much. Staffs were super duper helpful and friendly. Especially Ms. Alexandra and Mr. Frank. The owner is generous enough by giving their guests with free and variety choices of Coffee and Teas. We love it so much especially the weather was cold, they even provided cup lid for guests to prepare coffee/tea and bring out. The beautiful views from our room is a plus. We get to enjoyed the alps all days. Lovely! Although we shared bathroom with others. All toilets and bathrooms were cleaned at all times. They even cleaned our room everyday. I'm so impressed with their service. Location wise, there is a supermarket Norma (if I'm not mistaken) for just 2mins walk. Super convenient. Bus 21 just opposite the hotel and it brings you everywhere. We love the Day Pass, where this pass allows you to travel unlimited by bus, tram etc in Salzburg for 24hours for just 4.50 euro. You can get this ticket at Reception Counter. Overall, I love this place so much. You guys made me feel at home and welcomed. Thank you! But one suggestion, It would be nicer if a small shared Kitchen is provided tho :)

Wow! We loved this guesthouse. It really was a treat to stay out in the countryside for a unique European experience. It was easy to drive into town or take the bus with our Salzburg Cards. It is a bit outside of the main city centre, so if driving or taking the bus isn’t your jam you may want something closer, but it was no problem for us. Free parking for our car which was great. Our room was on the top floor and very spacious and quiet. We did not hear a peep from any other guests which was crazy. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was tidy and spacious. We loved the property and were pleasantly surprised by some friendly deer out in the paddock. The house itself is stunning and very Austrian. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

I felt like being in a big family. All was lovely, the very old house was so cosy. The breakfast was good enough with delicious bread and coffee was served on the table. I enjoyed every morning. One great thing was the silence and peaceful atmosphere. I was often asked if I would need something, towels etc.

a) The host Family Leitner allowed us a late check-in despite Restaurant closing-hours around 21:00, they said no problem. b) Mrs. Leitner had kept a lost item for me from my last stay, i had'nt even thought of I copuld have lost in this place. lovely. c) Mr.Leitner cooked me some fluffy scrambled eggs upon request, which was ideal, because I don't do Carbohdrates any more (now from 1 year) and lost 12,5 kg of weight by this measure: no bread, no potatoes, no noodles, nothing from wheat or other regular grain ... !!! I feel so much better, no brain-fog, no leaky-gut, no IBS!
