The bed is too comfortable to sleep in, excellent heating in the apartment, everything is clean and new. close to the tram station and excellent connection to the city center in just a few stops by tram. it is easy to check in the apartment. the internet is too good.

I slept so well, bed was comfi, I liked the big windows and that I could do a bit of people watching. I liked that after 20 hours of train travel I was too tired to go out and I could make myself a nice latte and a tea, good idea that they have milk! and some little biscuits. Maybe add some fruits too...to the mix. And honey.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Very greatfull people. Interesting facility and comortable. We really enjoy our stay. Very nice sweeming pool and garden. I will recomend to all. Close to U6 and Blue train which go to city center. Very quite area.

The lady in charge of the establishment is the kindest and most helpful. The room (and all of the pension’s spaces) was really clean. There was always hot water for shower and the room’s temperature was perfect. No need to carry keys because the doors open with 4-digit passwords. There are lockers for the luggage, really handy if you arrive early or leave late.
