The photos don't do this place justice! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and very warm - exactly what you want from a mountain resort hotel. The hosts are very kind and the WiFi work well. The bathrooms are shared, but there is more than one bathroom in every floor so it feels like the bathroom is private. Everything is super clean, spacious, and bright. There is a small kitchen that guests can use and a washing machine that can be used free of charge if you have washing capsules. Overall, we had a great stay - definitely good value for money!

The guest house location was excellent, within walking distance of the ski resort, making it very convenient. Our two-story room was very comfortable, and having extra space downstairs was a great advantage. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were top-notch, with everything well-maintained and spotless. Another big plus was the in-room kitchen, which made it very practical to prepare our own meals. The hotel’s warm atmosphere made us feel very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist. Additionally, the heating system was excellent, keeping the entire space very warm, which was perfect for the cold weather. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful guest house, super cozy and clean rooms with beautiful balconies over looking the mountains. Very friendly staff and they even allowed us to leave a bag with no extra charge while we were hiking in the Pirin Mountains. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure
