Kind and responsive host. Clean and spacious room with air conditioning and terrace. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with toiletries. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Free street parking in front of the hotel. 5 minutes walk from the old town.

The room was a really good size, with a balcony and air conditioning on a quiet street. The furniture was really traditional style. The breakfast was the best meal I had in Bulgaria.

The hotel or may be guest house is located really close to the old city of Zlatograd (3-4 min walking distance) and 10-15 min walking from the city centre.
There is no dedicated parking but you can park on the street.
Room is spacious, the mattress and pillows are fine and some of the rooms have a nice terrace. There is also a small fridge in the room.
For breakfast you have a choice of several options - all three were delicious.
I think that value for money is good.
