The owner was a very gentile Mrs., the place was very comfortable and the location was espectacular. It was very calm, and I had a very good rest.

Could not recommend Hostal Iskanwaya any more. The rooms were big and comfy, hot shower and location is really central. Rodrigo the host could not be any more helpful. He helped us to book tours, buses and taxis and made sure everything was ok for us. The breakfast was the best we have had in our stays in South America-Proper coffee, eggs, fresh bread, juice and plenty fresh fruit to take as you please. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great location in the city. Near the witches market and purple cable car. Staff were so friendly and always happy to give advice, and there was a great vibe to the place. It is a party hostel but nothing crazy, loads of chilled and sociable travellers there. The hotel restaurant did some really good food and the hostel always felt clean.

The staff were incredible, well above the average. The hostel itself is very good value for money but the staff really makes the difference.

A very nice hotel located in a beautiful colonial house in the center of La Paz. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the window is of the famous and colorful witch market. Breakfast is included, which generally consists only of tea and coffee, bread, salami slices, cheese and fruit. If you want eggs, they are paid extra. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff, very accommodating. Five minutes from the bus station and 10 minute walk into town. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool and table tennis facilities.
