We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our accommodations and were happy to use the kitchen after purchasing breakfast items from the local market. Jaguar Morning Star is away from the hustle of the main strip; making it quiet and peaceful. We were especially happy with use of the free bikes to get back and forth from town. The family that owns the place was kind and helpful.

The location, staff, and environment exceeded our expectations. This was our favorite place we stayed! Having quick access to bikes, kayaks, and right near the water was a huge plus. The hostest with the mostest, Cessillio, was fantastic. A truly genuine person that took time to chat with everyone staying there and make them feel welcome.

Chila was so friendly and provided clean water for us during our stay. She recommended restaurants and things to do, made herself available via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns, and provided two bikes for us to use with no additional charge. The room was nice and cool (thank goodness for AC) and clean. It was great having a safe in the room to store our belongings!
