The most beautiful views of the mountains and the city. 5 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Grouse mountain and Capilano suspension bridge not far from location. Everything was clean and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening, enjoying the encircling trees, lights, and fountains. Arif is a great host, helpful and attentive. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The freezer's ice maker was also a hit. The location is wonderful, 4 short blocks to Lonsdale Avenue with its diverse restaurants and a short bus or drive from Lonsdale Quay and the Sea Bus.

Great place to stay. Near room, convenient proximity to the bus stop which makes it easy to get to any part of the city. The facility has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very generous and kind to let me stay longer because there were no check-ins and my flight was late in the evening. Thank you for a great experience!

When we booked, we thought we would just get a room in a house with a private bathroom but will be sharing the space with others. But we ended up having the whole floor to ourselves with private access, with 2 separate rooms, a living room, kitchen and private bathroom. It was really a pleasant surprise. The place had a homey atmosphere, smelled good all the time, was so clean, had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, had a small garden outside, and someone helped us with our luggage. Everything was great. Location is good, in a safe and clean neighborhood and several bus stops less than 5 mins. walk from there.
