Everything is perfect for the values. The toilet is super clean for a hostel standard. I believe the cleaning staff did the cleaning several times per day. Love the friendly and nice staff. They are very responsive and give honest tips. The facilities and social events are impressive.

After a 14 hours nightbus with no heat and only some cookies, and been dropped off at 7am in 3°C outdoor. I hardly walk to Hostal Qachi Chentura. Press the bell, staff invite me in well before check-in time, rapidly offer me a tidy clean and warm room. Even offer me free breakfast.🙏🏻 Truly kind and helpful.

We had an amazing experience with this hostel. It was very clean and after 80 days of travelling thrue Chile we never experienced so clean rooms as here. It was also very quiet and if you want to relax we really recomend this place. A breakfast was also very good and the owner also gave us all the informations we need it. Very close to some hikes (by foot or bike) Possibility to cook and prepare coffee during the day We were there in winter but the rooms have heating and our host Ani and her helper fired the fireplace every night We rented The best was Ani, the host: she is the most welcoming person who gave us tips what to do, where to eat. The hosts really made us feel at home and offered cups and hot water for breakfast even though they don't offer the service. Bed was comfortable and had lots of blankets so we didn't feel cold at any moment during the night. The shower was both strong and hot during any time of the day, it only lacked some height as it was at the limit for a 1,90m person. All in all a great value for money hostel, a little bit distant from the city center (which is a plus if you want to gaze at the stars) but only a 10-15 min walk from points of interest like the bus terminal or the main street with agencies and restaurants.
