It is just an amazing place. Super clean, easy self check-in and out, amazing breakfast and the owner himself together with his staff take care of you. Try the house stile scrambled eggs for breakfasts. This place has nothing to lose against any large cooperation 5 star hotel. Actually after travelling around the world for over 30 years, this was one of, if not the best place I ever stayed. The owner use to work as cruise ship hotel manager. Does it ring a bell? If you wanna have an amazing experience in Berlin Tempelhof, this is your destination.

great location very close to trains and trams. The location is easily accessible to the centre of Berlin but also has plenty of restaurants and pubs in the immediate area.

There was no breakfast served. The Hotel doesn't even have a reception or front desk officer. Everything was contactless. We simply checked ourselves in at the front door and the key was activated and released.

Exceptionally great location Just around the corner of Kurfürstendamm (close to two of the main u- and s-bahn lines' stations) on a street with old, beautifully maintained buildings (museums, galleries, backyard based small bakeries & pubs, ...). Unusual, lovely atmosphere Breathes the inspiring atmosphere of early 20th century lodging: An impressive, huge (marble or granit?) staircase, a wrought iron elevator on the first floor, next to the hotel's floor huge wooden door entrance; inside you will spot (original?) Asta Nielsen Posters, duplicates of well known Berlin-related paintings (e.g. "Flötenkonzert Friedrichs des Großen in Sanssouci"), huge Chinese-style vessels and early 20th century (probably even earlier) furniture that create a special, consequent style. Though everything feels like being original is maintained in a lovely, worthy, very clean way - I especially loved the breakfast room and corridor for their genuine decoration; Very good value for money I booked a small room with breakfast - Having a bathroom sink I could optionally use a shared bathroom which was absolutely ok for the very good pricing with a really good breakfast from a buffet of fresh ingredients (boiled eggs, a range of cheeses, marmalade's, hams, cereals, fresh home-made delicious fruit-salad, orange juice, water)
