A beautiful accommodation, with great views. The room was really clean and well equipped. It was a 20 minute walk to the center of Berchtesgaden. There is also a communal kitchen and living room which is really nice.

Pension Elvira is quietly located in Bischofswiesen, a 10-minute drive from the centre of Berchtesgaden.

Clean, comfortable house and room. Very kind people, they helped with everything. Very calm and peaceful place, beautiful nature around. From house you can see mountains, alpine meadows, they have cows and horses. Nice heated swimming pool so I could swim in the beggining of October. Good breakfast. I travel alone without car, they provide guest card - all buses for free. Bus station is 10 minutes from hotel. All my hikes I did by bus, great connection to all interesting places.

This hotel is a real gem among accommodations. Nestled in the beautiful alpine nature, almost secluded, this is a complete paradise. Sufficiently large parking lot right next to the hotel. All the staff were very patient and helpful. Upon arrival, we were even greeted with a welcome drink in the form of prosecco. That was nice. The hotel is pet friendly, they even have a fenced enclosure where your dog can run freely. You don't see that very often, so extra points. The interior of the hotel is rustic, but the room was simply beautiful. Comfortable beds with comfortable mattresses. But the balcony with the luxurious view of the surrounding beautiful nature was completely unique. If the beds weren't so comfortable, I would have slept on that balcony. The hotel breakfast was absolutely sufficient, we found everything we expect from a hotel breakfast. Actually, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we got during our vacation this year. We were also very satisfied with dinner in the hotel restaurant. We really liked the regional cuisine. My bavarian roast with gravy and bacon dumpling was simply fantastic. The meat completely fell apart in the mouth and melted on the tongue. Wife had soup and their turkey salad. It was so big that we simply didn't have a chance to eat it all. And it was also very tasty. As I wrote, this hotel is really a gem. In the end, we regretted that we could not stay here for more days and had to leave. Whenever we find ourselves in the area, we would stay here again.

Surrounded by beautiful mountainous scenery in the Bavarian Alps, and situated near Berechtesgaden railway station and town centre, this guest house enjoys a traditional and friendly ambience.

The peaceful atmosphere, especially around the serene Königssee lake, provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The room was spotless and conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the train station. I’d recommend this place, the breakfast was delicious, and the service from the staff was exceptional.

The view was amazing and the hotel manager was very kind! It makes the stay more memorable. What definitely was very kind that the hotel manager waved us goodbye when we left. The room was excellent - spacious enough with a lovely view of the mountains. The beds were super comfortable and large, and everything was spotless. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was also very friendly. Despite being next to the train station, the room was completely soundproof, with no noise from outside. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
