The cleanliness of the room was top notch. Usually in some hotels you find those hidden spots where there is some dust which has not been done well. Here everything was spic and span. The room size was great with ample space to move around, two chairs and small table inside and another 2 chairs in the balcony (which however is shared with the neighbouring room with no partition for privacy / security). Bathroom was good size to move around. Room was on first floor and although there were other guests, it was absolutely quiet from that point of view. Breakfast was more than enough , and cannot understand the comments about not being enough. Full continental with different cheeses and hams, variety of bread roll and multitude of jams and honey, boiled eggs, good choice of herbal teas. Staff readily available for any demands during breakfast.

The property had everything I need for my purposes. I had a clean room with a nice shower. The property was easy to found. The host was very friendly and exceeded my expectations for all my requests.

Loved the quaint location although not sure why Google maps takes you higher up the road , so arm yourself with patience…as you will find it, as it is on the main road. Breakfast was continental as I expected - good selection of breads,cheeses boiled eggs, vegetables and cold meats/salami. For the cereal/butter/pastries/jam lovers, a good selection to choose from as well, so if you are staying several days, I’m sure you’ll have enough to choose from! The views are superb both in the morning and evening, so if you’re looking for a place to have a good sleep and to relax your mind, you’ve come to the right place. The host is ever so helpful and knows that a great smile goes a long way, making guests feel welcome is her nature! We had a large room, high ceilings, absolutely clean, large bed. Tasty breakfast. The lady of charge was very friendly. The location is excellent -- 15 min or less by foot to the historical city centre. 10 min by car to the famous Veste of Coburg, the fortress-museum with a lot of collections, incl. Lucas Cranach the Older and a special courtyard of old canons!
