Chandler!!!!!! WoW what a genuinely kind and authentic human. This is a very special place, unique, and just lovely! It’s not a regular hotel with a receptionist, but they are very attentive in communication. Chandler is the best!!! so grateful for his support and help. When I got to the hotel, I realized I left one of my bags on the bus. Amazingly, I was able to get in touch with the bus driver and go pick it up the following morning at the bus depot, so I have very good things to say about this town, but Chandler really helped me with his very calm kind energy. Thank you so much.

The host was really nice. It’s a really lovely family style guest house, with a little garden and animals. The position is in the middle between Cologne and Düsseldorf, therefore it’s really convenient to reach both city from the guest house. We spent a lovey new year’s eve :)

We loved the window shutters as it left the room dark and made it easy to sleep while the sun was up. The bed was comfortable and the pillows where great as we both sleep in different hights and the pillows where malleable. The room was spacious and the chairs comfortable to(especially after a long day on your feet!) we chose to go here as we needed a good kitchen and this place was perfect! The fridge was a good size and the oven and stove top were great! The bathroom was really nice aswell, spacious and new, the anti mirror fog was a nice bonus. Its also close to a station and has a amazing burger place next door! We are coming back next year because of all this.

We booked two rooms. There is a very small shared kitchenette in a hall where you can prepare your tea (a kettle) or coffee (a coffee machine). The rooms were clean and offered a lot of storage in large warderobes. Location was quite central, we could walk to the city centre. We did not choose the place because of the city, we just wanted to be close to the Dusseldorf football stadium. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Wulfrath was such a lovely city with amazing half timbered houses with slade cladding and green shutters.
