The pension is located in a nice and quiet area. Stayed there with my family. There’s a playground for kids nearby and some farm animals can be seen. Our apartment was huge (3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom), kitchen equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice small hotel in a very picturesque house right in the heart of Meersburg Unterstadt a few steps away from the Bodensee promenade and two minutes walk from the boat terminal (but NB: this is NOT the ferry!) and less than ten minutes walk uphill to the old town and the castle. Our room was nice and comfortable. The host Frau Hanser is extremely nice and helpful and communicating with her through email and booking.com app was easy and fast (we communicated in German, but she also speaks English fluently). The breakfast was fine (but NB: no buffet, is served by the host). One should be aware that the advance payment has to be made by bank transfer (or through PayPal), which was no problem for me.

We are family of six and had a great stay in the large family apartment at the hotel. The apartment is very cozy, spacious and well equipped and we loved it. In addition, the staff was extremely helpful- they waited for our arrival which was rather late and also helped us with some small stuff we needed after our check out. Breakfast was very nice as well. Specifically it's a great location for cyclers around Lake Constance with a secluded bike parking area right at the bottom floor
