It is a wonderful hotel!At first sight it is clear that everything is perfect!It has a small pretty courtyard with plants and flowers and when you enter it seems that you are somewhere in the countryside!It is so nice that you don’t want to leave this place!The room is very clean with a comfortable bed, pillows and wonderful linen.You have everything you need. The breakfast is very tasty and the restaurant is very cozy.It is so nice to have a meal in such a pleasant and atmospheric place. The Owners / staff are exceptional. We were welcomed and helped with the luggage. I thought we booked a different room than was offered and they quickly changed it to another, They were accomodating to us in other ways too. They made sure we knew they were available, should we need anything. They stored our luggage beyond check out which was very helpful. Rating 10 despite what we didnt like, because the warmth of the host made up for other things. No traffic or other noise. Peaceful.

Great location with a sublime rooftop over the city. The shower us very warm and the hostel is clean and nicely managed. Staff was nice. A good option in Cuenca !
