What a wonderful staff. They helped us get book our activities, fed us wonderful food, and answered all of our questions. We had everything we needed right next to the beach. Quiet and clean. We hope to be back soon. Thank you for taking care of the beach!

Karen might be the single most helpful host I've ever had (and I've had a lot)! She was SO accommodating and quick to help. The room was comfy, kitchen handy, and there are two gorgeous dogs too :-)

I really enjoyed my stay here! The host was super sweet and hospitable. He made me breakfast early because I had a diving tour booked, and when I returned to pick my bags up he gave me water and a chocolate bar just out of kindness. He made sure I got a tuktuk to the bus terminal without getting ripped off and he helped me with my bags. The room was really clean and comfortable and the shower was always hot. The fan was really good which is a necessity as it gets so hot! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto López!

Wonderful stay with Carlos, clean and simple in a very cool beach town. Walk every where, great restaurants and friendly people. Carlos is well traveled and has many stories and ideas to share!

We had a great stay over 4 nights but could have easily stayed longer! It is located at a beautiful beach which is not very touristy. Ayampe also is the perfect location if you are looking for something relaxed. The hotel with Anabel and Franziska is so great. They were so friendly and helped us organize some stuff (travel, surfing lessions etc). We felt very welcome and would definitly recommend it to everyone. The rooms are pretty and very clean. So really all in all perfect! Thank you two so much!

The overall atmosphere is young, lady back, and close to nature. We truly enjoyed that there is no large buildings and a lot of blooming bushes and interesting plants. We truly hope Ayampe can find a good way with sustainable development and stay away from western style tourism development.
