Since our arrival, we were very pleased with the service Casacafe provided. they have a self check in system that made it easy for us to get to our room, despite our arrival late in the night, we had a very nice welcome gift and they were always ready to answer any of our questions. It was a great detail of them on sending us a follow up message the next morning to see if all was going all right. We were also very thankful that they allowed us to extend our check out time a bit. The neighbourhood is very nice, the room was big, and we had a very good rest after the long walks in the city. Location is great, 4 minutes walking from the Train station (Cercanías) and just another 10 minutes ride you are in the city center. In overall a great value for the money

Attention to detail. The room I was given seems to be newly refurbished. Well thought out. Amenities provided one would get in a star class hotel. Roberto at the reception was amazing, he also provided me a map of the city and recommended few things to do once he knew this was my first visit to the city.
