Everything about the property. Truly unique and magical, especially with the winter decorations up - felt like I had stepped into a classic Christmas movie. I would love to come back for December sometime. The cinema room again surpassed expectations, great selection of movies including the one we requested. Jordan a polite host who explained use of the property very well and gave good recommendations. Area is very interesting being close to some of the reminders of the history of Belfast which enhanced the stay.

Beautiful, clean and modern facilities in a very upmarket area of North Belfast. My room was great and the hosts were super-friendly and super-helpful. They live on-site which is reassuring. Central Belfast as well as the Titanic Quarter are less than a ten minute drive, so if you don’t have a car, use the bus or get a taxi or Uber.

Easy check in process, host was very communicative via email and text, all the needed necessities was readily available (towels, tea, coffee, and water), near the bus station and restaurants, and I highly appreciate the entrance with a lot of light (it makes it easier to find especially in the dark)

Fantastic Stay in Belfast – Highly Recommend! I recently stayed in a self-service apartment in Belfast, and it was an outstanding experience. From the start, the host was incredibly welcoming and took the time to personally greet me, which made me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and the space was well-designed, with great attention to detail. I was also impressed by the location, and within walking distance to major attractions like the Titanic Quarter, City Hall, and the Cathedral Quarter. For a self-service stay, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy, Much easier than others, It's great! The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully-stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking, Inside, there's a comfortable lounge area with plush seating, perfect for relaxing. The price was extremely good, offering excellent value compared to other options in the area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Belfast. The host made all the difference with their personal touch, and I’ll definitely be back!

My friend and I had the most fantastic, relaxing stay here when we were visiting Belfast. The beautiful Georgian house boasts lots of warm homely character. It had everything that we were looking for. The beds are extremely comfy (one of the best nights sleep i've had in a long time) the rooms warms and the location is amazing. The house is situated is in a leafy, lovely part of the Belfast - only a 20 min walk to the city centre! The b and b is amazing for parking, lots of on street parking in a quiet safe neighbourhood. What makes this place amazing is the host Mary! Mary is so welcoming, warm generous and genuinely one of the loveliest, sweetest people you will ever meet. We felt as if we were at home while staying at Mary's place. Mary welcomed us with open arms on arrival and made us feel most welcome and at home. Mary had left handmade lavender pouches on the pillows, offered us tea and coffee when we arrived and although we hadn't booked breakfast, insisted that we have breakfast on the house! Mary is a most wonderful cook. We were treated to organic scrambled eggs on toast (fresh from Mary's chickens) , scones and pancakes, washed down with coffee and tea, served on the most beautiful bone china. Talk about Irish hospitality! We had a lovely time staying here and enjoyed it so much that we we decided to stay again on on the last night of our holiday driving around Ireland. We were late to arrive on our 2nd time due to car problems and didn't arrive until nearly midnight, yet Mary stayed up waiting for us, making sure we were okay and went out of her way seeing if there was anything she could do to help- what a gem! Even when we had checked out Mary let us store our things in her place while we went on a Belfast day tour. Mary is a wealth of knowledge and if you need advice and help please ask her as she is willing to help. Gave us lots of advice on places to visit. THANK YOU for an amazing stay Mary! It was a pleasure to meet you!

Cozy room in a great location in East Belfast, just 15' by bus or 30' walk. The apartment was clean, pretty, and quiet. The communication with the staff was always immediate. I would definitely recommend it.

The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. Great location, close to the city center but on a quiet street. Within a few minutes' walk are grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Large, well-equipped kitchen. I appreciate the quick email response from the hosts and their patience when I asked for an invoice after returning home, and then for its correction and re-issuance.
