We arrived later than the check in hour. Not only we were allowed to check in, but we were also offered some food. Amazing hospitality and very friendly people.

The location of the Royal Hotel is central to shops and transport. We were grateful for car parking as well. The friendly staff were available to make sure all our family needs were met. The room was very clean and tidy.

Big room, big bed, big bathroom. (Finally, comparing to many small hotel rooms). Our room had a corner with refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities. There is a big free parking place for guests. There is continental breakfast, but it is communicated ahead, we knew it. There were fruits, cereal, yoghurts, farm eggs you can boil as you like, meat, cheese etc. Actually after many days of full scottish breakfast at other accomodations I was very happy with fruits and all the orher choices here. For us it was a very good breakfast. Staff was very nice. Restaurants are in next town, cca 5 min drive. It is out of town but that is why we chose it. Quiet place, our room faced the garden at the back, we didn't hear the traffic on the road (yes, it is by a main road: again that is why we chose it, it was on our route).

Attractively situated in the centre of Inverness, The Koko Rooms is a recently renovated guest house, which features free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive.

It is a very beautifully designed room, very clean, with perfect facilities. The host was very nice and flexible, allowed us to book an additional day on very short notice and very late during the day, because we couldn't make it to the next accommodation due to storm Amy.

The hosts were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful with tips on history, touring, and places to eat. It was a family affair, including two very loving dogs. The rooms were beautifully decorated and stocked with coffee and refreshments. The beds were comfortable. A beautiful place to stay in Inverness and the host family completes the experience.
