First of all the house itself looks like it's straight out of a fairytale, from the outside and inside. It is magnificently decorated, just stunning. Nick, the host, was just as legendary as the house and made us feel like honored guests in a royal household while somehow also being charming and giving us personal attention. The restaurant was a delight, looking into the beautiful woods through glass walls and the food was delicious and plentiful.

Fantastic guest suite with all the amenities you could need! Hosts even leave a bottle of whisky so you can have a “wee dram” in the evening, and a great little box of snacks. Amazing attention to detail. Also had a washing machine which was very handy.

Loved the little sitting room in the front windows. Bed was comfortable and the rooms.quite spacious. The food at the restaurant was very nice and staff always friendly and pleasant. Free parking at the rear of the hotel.

A lovely BNB that feels like home. Dianne is a fabulous host - welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She gave us wonderful suggestions for dinner and sight seeing in the area.
