It is comfortable, inviting, compact but not cramped, convenient, clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows supportive. There was a large variety of teas and coffee available. I am disabled, so I appreciated it being a ground floor accommodation, with a walk in shower. It is a short drive into the town centre and back, convenient for the theatre. Piku welcomed us warmly, and kept in touch in case there was anything we needed. The property was easy to find, and there was plenty of space for parking. There was toothpaste and toiletries in the bathroom, as well.

    Great location, few minutes walk to the main city centre. Train station is about a 20 minute walk as well. Room was good size for a single, the bed was comfy and very clean. Host was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bag was a little bonus for on the go-good value with porridge, juice and a pastry. Tea/coffee in the room and plenty more available at the desk if you ran out. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Good value for money.
