Leek is a beautiful town, everything in walking distance. The bed had lots of pillows which made it extra comfy and luxurious. I felt really safe as a single woman traveling alone. Great atmosphere and friendly locals in the pub. Huge bonus was that the room had a mini fridge! So I could buy a few supplies and food at the market and keep it fresh. Absolutely loved my stay.

Everything was great. Very comfortable beds, elegant furniture, a fantastic selection of coffee, teas, cookies, etc, great choices for breakfast, and the owners were very helpful, providing a shed to store our bicycles in overnight. It felt like this is how all guest houses should be (but often aren't)!

Very pleasant stay with Abbey at Cheadle. Comfortable well priced accomodation close to everything we planned to do. Great recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely return if in area again

Comfortable room and good bathroom facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in room. Sainsburys a few doors away. In the centre of town but the road was quite quiet. We tried our first oatcake ever for breakfast from Poveys, who are across the road. Brilliant 360° view from Mow Cop Folly, which is not far away. Lovely friendly people.
