Sarah was very welcoming. We picked up the key early and Sarah let us know when the room was ready which was earlier than the expected 3pm. Had the whole of the 1st floor to ourselves. Very comfy bed and pillows. Large bathroom with toiletries and a good strong, hot shower. Good choice of tea and coffee with mugs, a kettle and milk so that we could make a cuppa whenever we liked. Also, squash, biscuits and a choice of breakfast cereals available. There was excellent communication throughout. We would definitely stay at Sarah's house again.

Couldn't have been happier with this booking. Always a risk booking B&Bs in Blackpool as there are so many but we were so happy with the room, cleanliness, breakfast. The owners were so accommodating at breakfast. Breakfast is made to order and they can accommodate all options. We will definitely book again here and we are so happy we have found it.

The owner was a really kind guy. He asked everyday if I needed something. The room was clean, gets lots of light, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had. Such a variety and all cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Our room (number 7) was spacious and very comfortable.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. The room was spacious and Ursula and her family were fabulous hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was wonderful. Plenty to eat. Tea coffee and biscuits replaced every day in the room and there was cake just outside the breakfast room to help yourself. The tram stop was only 2 mins walk bringing you to all the major attractions.

Very nice room, lovely breakfast, friendly proprietors and well situated for the town centre. I have stayed at a few places in Southport and this was the best for value for money.
