It was a really great stay with lots of little details. In the morning you get a picnic basket with your breakfast in it and there is always plenty to eat (yoghurt, croissants, cheese, eggs etc.) We had a great attic room and felt at home. The hosts (including the daughter) are really great people and we felt very comfortable. Many thanks for everything and take good care of yourselves. PS: "the Seagull :-)"

I was staying at The Haldon twice, Friday night and Sunday night. The Host's where very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very nice and the bed, I didn't want to get out of it in the morning, I enjoyed a full English breakfast and other options where available, The Haldon is only around 7 minute's from the Rail Station which is ideal, All amenities where close by..

Aidan and Mij are wonderful hosts. They are truly kind. They made me and my son feel warm and welcome. The breakfast is freshly cooked and my son got pan cakes as well! The hot tub hands down was the best feature of all. Will keep coming back and will be recommending Earlston house.

What a gem. It's such a lovely place to stay! On arrival, Roger was on hand to give me a warm welcome and took the time to answer all my queries. Marvellous breakfasts each morning; always served with a smile and a chat from Linda and Roger were a perfect start to my day.
