Our stay at the Greyhound Inn in Wilten was simply wonderful - and if we hadn't had other exciting destinations on our South of England tour, we would have loved to stay longer. The accommodation is lovely, cozy, very clean - simply feel-good. In addition, warm hosts and a wonderful breakfast.

Just a 15-minute drive from Stonehenge, The Pembroke Arms offers a restaurant, bar, free Wi-Fi and free parking. It is situated in the Wilton Estate, and Salisbury can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Special thanks to the friendly lady of the reception. There was a payment issue and because I am a foreigner, things can get confusing because of the language barrier. I could rely on some extra patience from staff to resolve the issue. She was very patient and understanding, which was very nice. No wonder this hotel has such high review points, if there would be any issues, I am sure they would be resolved right away. The room I stayed in was great, large comfy bed, a table for doing some work, spotless bathroom and a whole arsenal of body wash, shampoo conditioner stuff. Nothing to complain about and more than fairly priced, especially considering breakfast is included.

We (myself, husband son and future wife) visited Salisbury to celebrate my husbands 70th Birthday-and meet my sister in law. We all thought our rooms were Comfortable, Spotlessly Clean, the staff were very welcoming, helpful and professional. We had dinner and Sunday lunch there and were happy with both - the food was Delicious. You could hear the bar music Saturday - but it wasn't a problem as it ended at 11pm and we all enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. We will definitely return to stay here - it's in a perfectly central location offering 24 hr pay parking £7.50 nearby - very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast room was very cosy and the breakfast options were really varied, i was not expecting this! Really impressed. Also, the owners were very kind and prepared breakfast for me before the usual hours, as i had to leave early.

The hotel was really nice even though a little dated. The food was very good quality and the staff were also very nice. We were served by an irish lady, Joan, who was incredibly nice and has been working there for decades. She went out of her way to chat with us and give us information and stories about the location.

The staff were super accommodating when we had a delay in getting there and they even made us dinner right before the kitchen closed. The room was very homey, bed/linens were comfortable, instructions were clear, breakfast was free, and we had everything we needed.
