This small hotel truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the warm and inviting Christmas decor, which added a delightful festive touch. The personal attention to detail was evident everywhere. My room had a Mediterranean theme—beautiful, unique, and designed with care. The fridge was stocked with an incredible variety of breakfast items: salami, bacon, cheese, yogurt, milk, fruits, Actimel, butter, cream cheese, cheese sticks, juices, water, croissants, chocolate croissants, biscuits, coffee, tea—you name it! It was absolutely amazing, and everything was refilled promptly upon request. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the bathroom boasted a truly special design that added to the charm of the stay. The TV even had a Netflix account ready to use. A special shoutout to Philip, who was an outstanding host! The entire family is incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels right at home. The communication was seamless and always pleasant. Philip responded immediately to any questions or needs, offering help and information that made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—it’s a gem! The location was also fantastic—close to two supermarkets and several restaurants, and only a 22-minute walk to the university.

Just come back from a stay at the apartments 2 adults, 1 late teen son and three younger children. Arrived to a quiet little culdesac hidden off a main street in Swansea Town centre. Plenty of parking. The host added both of our cars without any issue. The house was clean and very comfortable. More space than we could have imagined. All facilities in the home were of a great quality. All three beds were extremely comftable, with high quality pillows and duvets. I would 100% recommend to others. The photos look good on booking. Com, but really don't do justice to the standard and space of the accommodation.
