Everything. The room was large and very well appointed. Ours had a beautiful view of the loch. Breakfasts were very good, The most positive aspect of t his place are the wonderful staff, who treat you like an honoured guest in their house. You'll go a very long way before finding a Band B as good as this.

To be very honest, when I made the booking I didn’t pay much attention to the room as it was the only place with availability in Ullapool. The room was great, plenty of room, cleaned and with great views! There is no breakfast but coffee, tea, biscuits, small fridge, plates, etc are available. The place is not in the town centre but isn’t far. I definitely recommend it.

It was lovely, warm and cosy, with a beautiful view. The log burner and the wee dram made it very welcoming. The bed was comfy.
