very many thanks for everything, we enjoyed our staying a lot. the location is very good, the apartment is very comfortable, new and clean. beds are very comfortable, kitchen is good, everything what is needed are available. the owners of the apartment are living at the same aria and they are very helpful and kind! you can feel a real Georgian hospitality! the owner showed us his own home wine yard, we tasted very good wines what he made by himself, and bought for us a couple of bottles. we definitely recommend this place for visiting and if possible, we will come back:) thank you for everything!

Super friendly and fun owner!! Quiet location, shared balcony overlooking the vines in the garden. We ordered dinner, which was excellent! A very good white wine. We recommend the whole experience. The room is very basic, but the privat bathroom is the biggest we've had. Rich breakfast, also the best we had. The children enjoyed watching the turtle in the garden and the little puppies they had.

The apartment we reserved was really spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. We had a hairdryer, big tv, fridge, even washing machine. Water was amazing hot and AC worked as it should. When we arrived, host wasn't at the property, but it was some lovely lady waiting for us. She didn't speak English, but she showed us around and try to make a nice conversation (my Russian is not so good as used to). We asked for early breakfast and that was a real treat! Everything was prepared on time and beautifully served in the dining space. And of course delicious! We would like to send our hugs to Barbara!

When we arrived at Levan’s guesthouse, we were greeted by a lovely elderly couple. It was already dark outside when we got there, and they even came out to meet us on the street. In the morning, they set a generous breakfast table for us, and after breakfast, we had the chance to chat with the owners and learn a lot about life in Georgia. The purpose of our trip was to get to know Georgia and its people, and places like Levan’s guesthouse offer a wonderful opportunity to gain such experiences and insights.
