It is a small hotel up on the hill not far from center in a tipical georgian environment. The young lady who welcomed us was very nice. The room was simple but perfectly clean and comfortablle. The house has a roof terrace with beautiful view to Bagrati Cathedral. We left in the night and we got a great take away breakfast.

Happy to come back! Always friendly staff and always clean and comfortable rooms. Recommend everyone to take airport transfer offered by the property as taxi drivers tend to overcharge a lot and usually cannot find the place.

This was our second time at this place. Same as the previous time, the hosts were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast variety was very good. Rooms are clean. All was good and we certainly recommend this place.
