A cozy little guest house with an absolutely charming owner. We had a late check-in, she let us in and helped us settle quickly. In the morning we had the best possible breakfast - perfectly cooked homemade food and a kettle of tea. The owner was very hospitable. It was a pleasure meeting her.

This is beautiful little spot up the hill from the central square and the fountain. It's a bit of a hike but really is just 5-6 minutes from the square, where there are lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. Pikria (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. She speaks English well and was very flexible and responsive before and during my stay. The rooms themselves are great with solid wifi and private bathrooms. There is also a shared garden just outside the room and a kitchen for tea, etc. Also, there are a couple of markets just up the street if you need to grab a snack/drink.

This was the best hotel we stayed in in Georgia in this price range, no question. Because it was not busy, the owner upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. This behaviour was typical of their kindness and desire to make sure we had the best stay possible. They also organised us a driver to take us to the cave and Canyon. On our 2nd night, we were invited to try the many different types of homemade chacha. Feijoya and blueberry were my favourites! The room itself was great, large enough with a good shower and the beds were OK, though in general the mattresses in Georgia are not great for me and these were the same. Personal preference of course. The room even had bathrobes and slippers. It's generally a quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to town or a few Lari by bolt. There is a large terrace on the roof where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink, with a nice view. Everything considered I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The host was very friendly and helpful, met us late evening and kindly treated with delicious home made wine. The room, bed linen and bathroom were clean. As the house is located on a hill, the view from the window is stunning. Overall a place worth visiting

Very nice hotel with perfect location! Cozy, small hotel in the heart of Kutaisi. Just 5 minutes walk from Colchis fountain and city centre. Rooms are good, clean and spacy. Visited hotel with 10 people and we were happy with our experience.
