I liked the location very much. Very near to the city Also, the host Zohreb was extremely helpful, always giving us tips to explore Kutaisi and making sure we are comfortable. Room was also clean and had all facilities.

It was an amazing experience. The guests were lovely, the breakfast was so satisfying and fresh, home-made😌. We also had a place to spend our evening, on the balcony, outside. Tea and coffee were available for no charge at all. A place we truly recommend!

One of the best places we stayed during our trip to Georgia. Definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and definitely worth the price. Room was spacious and there was everything needed for cooking downstairs.

This was the best hotel we stayed in in Georgia in this price range, no question. Because it was not busy, the owner upgraded us to a room with a beautiful view. This behaviour was typical of their kindness and desire to make sure we had the best stay possible. They also organised us a driver to take us to the cave and Canyon. On our 2nd night, we were invited to try the many different types of homemade chacha. Feijoya and blueberry were my favourites! The room itself was great, large enough with a good shower and the beds were OK, though in general the mattresses in Georgia are not great for me and these were the same. Personal preference of course. The room even had bathrobes and slippers. It's generally a quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to town or a few Lari by bolt. There is a large terrace on the roof where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink, with a nice view. Everything considered I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

It’s definitely the best stay experience in our whole Georgia trip. The hospitality is just out if this world from the first to the last second. Delicious breakfast. The whole house is super clean with the great, comfy atmosphere. The location is quiet and close to the centre. Hosts speaks perfect english, so there is no issues with communication. I would definitely love to stay here again and recommend everyone to do so. Thank you Kate and your family for such a good vibes and experience.

Very clean and quiet, restaurants and ATMs nearby. All needs were met. It was comfortable to sleep, I stayed for a day. It was cold outside, but comfortable inside.
