Aleksandre and his family are the loveliest hosts who will make you feel like part of the family by offering you fresh fruits from the garden, homemade wine and chacha. Their place is beautiful, with a big garden, fruit trees like mulberry, cherry and peach. The rooms are simple but had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The property is in a beautiful area near the river, just a ten minutes drive away from the cave city of Vardzia.

We toral recommend Luni's accommodation. The place is beautiful, close to Vardzia. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, and super-equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves.

If I could rate this guesthouse any higher we surely would. We had an absolutely amazing stay and it was with a heavy heart leaving. When arriving we were welcomed by the entire family. Natali is a superb cook, serving traditional Georgian food that is all home made from the garden. Koba shared with us his home made wine and vodka and together with his wife Angelina gave us a look into the traditions of a Georgian home. The guesthouse is close to Vardzia, only a few minutes drive. When visiting I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to experience the real Georgia. Gaumarjos!!

If you want to experience genuine Georgian hospitality, that's the place! There are only two rooms and this provides a very intimate experience. Host are super welcoming and great to talk to. Food and Georgi's wine among the best we had in Georgia (and we been in Georgia many times!). The place is outside of the crowded part of Vardzia and is extremely quiet. Rooms are very good and tastefully furnished. A highlight of our trip!
