Villa Perris is a splendid and wonderful place to stay, it is beautifully located, super clean and extremely comfy. It is in the central area of Kassiopi, but in a peaceful and beautiful location. Rooms are air coned and very cozy. We had a marvellous rest there and I highly recommend this gem!

It's really good location - about 15 minutes walk to nearest shop in both directions, +-10 minutes to the beach, and to some restaurants. I'd recommend getting a car anyway(for me it's obligatory in Corfu as there are no other way to communicate, or its really limited). Katia and her family are great people, very welcoming and helpfull! You can ask them anything. Everything was clean, we have gotten fresh towels, there's AC, place to park your car, place to sit outside, and even small kitchen fully equiped if you want to make any meal. PS.: Katia's garden looks lovely!

Amazing place for those who love silence and nature. During our stay, we truly felt as if we were at a grandmother’s village house—surrounded by warmth and comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the silence, the sea, and the sun, as well as the wild beach nearby, which is such a rare treasure these days. You can use a sweeming pool as well if you want.

Our stay at the exquisite apartments was an absolute delight. The sea views were simply breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop to our entire experience. Yes, there were a few stairs to climb, but we embraced it as a chance for a little exercise, and it made arriving at our apartment more rewarding. Being only 50 meters away, the presence of a supermarket and restaurant is highly convenient. It was clear that our comfort and satisfaction were top priorities for the hosts. The sound of the waves and the mesmerizing sunraizes created an enchanting atmosphere that left us utterly captivated.
