Castrello is a newly constructed and superior quality boutique hotel in the middle of Ioannina. Colors, design, furnitures, beds, bathrooms and lightning all are extremely comfortable and elegant, never seen such a lovely place giving peaceful. Marios is also really helpful and he gave us really good advices for restaurants and sightseeings. Definitely we will come back here again.

The location inside the castle walls made the experience unique, quiet, convenient, and culturally charming. You are greeted by a lovely courtyard with its own well, the rooms were exactly what we needed, and within a five-ten minute walk you could be among restaurants and cafes or shops, but within the castle walls all was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was lovely if you wanted to start your day that way. The beautiful Ioannana lake was also just a short walk away, as were very interesting museums. We would recommend staying here to anybody!
